Our AI Brand Assistant (AIBA) is an AI-generated real time, conversational avatar designed to engage directly with your consumers in a seamless and natural way – providing real-time product, brand, or other relevant information.

AIBA delivers conversational, real-time communications by drawing information from both public and brand based ‘closed’ sources, adding contextual chat to facilitate seamless conversations. The exact information sources can be entirely bespoke to individual brand requirements.

You can select from a library of off-the-shelf avatars – varying in age, appearance, and ethnicity. We can also work with you to create entirely bespoke avatars, such as a master distiller or other brand ambassador. Whatever avatar route you choose, AIBA can respond in 28 different languages.
