We are very proud to have launched a promotional claim website for Sarson's Vinegar.
Sarson’s Vinegar engaged consumers to join in the traditions of British culture and save their local chippies, with this nationwide 'Fryday' campaign, by driving footfall and offering consumers the chance to claim their money back for up to four Fish and Chip meals (other meals accepted listed in the T&Cs) every Friday for an entire year.
Grand Central had the responsibility to design and develop a bespoke microsite requesting the consumer’s details, an image of their receipt, an image of their fish and chip meal with Sarson’s branded material and the name and location of the business. To highlight the areas Fish and Chip's are most popular, a heat map was integrated into the site logging the address where consumers purchase their meal/s. Additionally, to simplify the user journey, Grand Central integrated a Google-powered address lookup field to quickly find any restaurant, pub, bar or takeaway service in the UK.
Entries and their photos are reviewed via a secure admin area. All valid entries are emailed a unique claim link to claim a full refund via their preferred payment method (PayPal, BACs, Cheque).
